    NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDE

    GRASS LAWN

    OVERVIEW

Grass Lawn is a residential neighborhood just west of downtown Redmond, between Overlake and Rose Hill. It's one of Redmond's most walkable neighborhoods by Walk Score, with sidewalks and tree-lined streets winding through it.

The neighborhood is named for Grass Lawn Park, a City of Redmond park with a playground, sports fields, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic shelters, a pavilion, and an art studio you can reserve on summer Saturdays. Spiritbrook Park adds a smaller playground and picnic area closer to home.

Most homes are single-family, in a mix of styles that includes Craftsman and ranch homes, with some condos and townhomes as well. Downtown Redmond, Redmond Town Center, and the Microsoft campus are all a short drive away.
